Moisturizes but is very greasy!

This body butter does have great moisturizing properties and it formulated with really great ingredients. I can't do with this scent unfortunately! This citrus scent gets to be overbearing with constant use. It is also very greasy after application and I find it doesn't always absorbs quickly.
Especially in the summer, my legs would always have some cream residue in the heat.
I would't recommend it for everyone! If you love oranges then this might be for you if you have excessively dry skin!

Great Fragrance But Less Moisturizer

This is one of my favourite scents of The Body Shop products. It smells citrusy and tropical. The body butter is smooth and creamy. You don't need to use much each time, so it lasts a long time. I do find this to be quite greasy when I put it on my hands. I've used this on my face before with mixed results- sometimes it's fine and sometimes it causes a bit of a rash or a dependence on the product, meaning if I don't use it consistently, it will create more dryness.The scent of this cream is wonderful and I would recommend it for those who do not have dry or sensitive skin. As for me, I would prefer to use a moisturizer that focuses more on moisturizing and less on fragrance.

I thought i would love Satsuma Body Butter as i loved the smell in the store. When i tried it on my body, however, the smell was just atrocious. I usually love their products so it made me sad that this one was such a miss.

Love love the scent -def my favourite body shop scent. Butter goes on thick but doesn't last long as a moisturizer. Not sticky which is great.

I bought this product b/c it smelled amazing! Or at least it did in the beginning. The smell can be overwhelming. My co- worker actually complained because she gets stuffy and irritated with strong smells. I found that it also left an oily residue on my skin. I would not buy it again.

Ugh it changed colour on me. The scent I loved when I first got it.. but now I hate the scent. IT was a little too greasy for my liking so won't buy again.

I do really like the Satsuma Boby Butter but only because of the smell. It smells so delicious!! However, I find Body Shop's butters to be very oily and my hands often feel dry again not long after using it.

nice bright scent. dont love the consistency (would like thicker). overpriced at full price but they always have some kind of sale!

I love the smell of this body butter. It left my skin feeling soft and smooth but not greacy. I did have to use quite a bit though for moisturizing dry skin in the winter and the fragerance didn't last long.

I got this a gift but ended up only using it twice. The smell was quiet strong for a body butter and lasted for such a long time it made it impossible to wear perfume without being a smelly monster, but not long enough for it to smell nice all evening. The smell is of the type that you get tired of really quick, at least I did after just two tries. And I met several people who disliked the smell. It did not seem to moisturize my skin and it did not seem to absorb well. I prefer body butters that are not body shop, although I do find the coconut butter from the Body shop a bit better than this one. Had it been a great product the price would have been worth it, but not as it is now.
