The Demon King (The Seven Realms Novel) by Cinda Williams Chima Reviews
#1038 in Books

Description

Publisher's description:
Times are hard in the mountain city of Fellsmarch. Reformed thief Han Alister will do almost anything to eke out a living for himself, his mother, and his sister Mari. Ironically, the only thing of value he has is something he can't sell. For as long as Han can remember, he's worn thick silver cuffs engraved with runes. They're clearly magicked-as he grows, they grow, and he's never been able to get them off.

Han's life gets even harder after he takes a powerful amulet from the son of the High Wizard. The amulet once belonged to the Demon King, the wizard who nearly destroyed the world a millennium ago. With a magical piece so powerful at stake, the Bayars will stop at nothing to reclaim it from Han.

ive just purchased and read this book it is soo good =P
i loved it! it had my chase sequences and all the good action/adventure parts that i look for in a book.
i bought it thinking it was going to be just a quick read but after reading it all the way through it was a really well written book, although it is just for pre-teens i usually buy all my books from that section of the store just because i fine they have all the good fantasy genres i like to read.
i go through books like water so i love to enjoy what ive read and with this book "The Demon King" by Cinda W. Chima i was quiet impressed by the way she writes and can bring her characters to life.
anyways im not going to spoil the quality of her work by telling you what happens just pick it up and read it yourself gotta go
