I have used this product before as my mother owns it, and I've only ever used it cold (didn't even know it can be used hot, not sure if that would feel good on your face anyway). After letting it sit in the fridge I placed it on my face to try to get rid of my almost permanent dark circles and bags under my eyes. It did work quite well, but putting anything cold in that area should make the bags go down; this just made it easier than trying to rub ice cubes under my eyes. I have a tiny head, so this doesn't sit well on my face, and thus, I can only use it while laying down. My mother however, uses this for her headaches and claims that it does take away quite a bit of the tension.

Let me start off by saying this gel mask does not sit right on the face, so it was very uncomfortable. The rim around the eye mask is scratchy and irritating to the skin. A wet clothes works way better.

Je n'ai pas aimé ce produit , le plastique est quand même rigide donc pas confortable et le fait que le masque soit fait pour tout le monde mes yeux n'arrivent pas vraiment au bon endroit et l'ajustement et soso , ce qui fait que je ne retire pas les bénéfices de ce masque .

These are great if you have head ache or soar and puffy eyes, it's nice that you can choose between hot and cold.

I have this in a neon like green color that I found in a large department store. It came in so handy yesterday when I had migraines off and on all day long. I've not used it heated yet, only cold. It feels so good on my head. Also love to lay it on my chest when I feel a hot flash coming on.
