Not as good as they used to be.....

I'm not sure what they did with the old sausage patties but I want them back! The new ones have less flavor and are not as nice. The egg and biscuit are still great, good size portion for a complete breakfast.

I like their egg and cheese muffin however...

However it would be better to have hot and fresh eggs (not frozen).And also they have to add little more ingredients like adding butter or condiments otherwise it’s too dry.

I was really dissatisfied with Tim Horton's breakfast sandwiches. I have tried various kinds to see if maybe I just didn't like on specific style but I can say they are all fairly gross. The egg is slimy and has zero flavor, the sausage meat is dry or if you opt for bacon, you're lucky if the staff give you one under cooked slice on a slightly luke warm English muffin when you have asked for it toasted well. I have almost completely give up on Tim Horton's after years and years of poor experiences and spending countless dollars on poor quality products and service. These sandwiches are just another example.

Best breakfast sandwich on the go

If I need to grab breakfast on the go, I will always go to Tim Hortons for the delicious sausage breakfast sandwich. It comes with a sausage pattie, seasoned egg and processed cheese on an english muffin. It goes perfectly with my stepped tea.
I love that it's always made fresh. If only they would have the breakfast menu all day!

one of my favorite sandwiches from there... Always enjoy a breakfast sandwich when i get a chance to order one.. Always buy one on an everything bagel sausage with my hashbrown and drink...

Je ne suis pas fan de ces sandwich, je trouve qu'ils ne sont pas nutritif et qu'après quelques heure j'ai très faim. Je préfère les muffins aux fruits.

To say that I love the Tim Hortons hot breakfast sandwich is an understatement. They are so flavorful and delicious! The only problem with these are the fact that more times than not, i need to take it apart and use my napkins to absorb grease from the sausage. Other than that, its perfect.

I really like Tim Hortons breakfast sandwiches and I always have one before my early morning classes to keep me going through the morning. Typically I get it on a biscuit because I love the saltiness of it. It's cheesy and filling and a great snack for breakfast or lunch (or brunch). For the price as well you really can't beat it. I'd recommend it if you are looking for something savory for breakfast.

You really can't go wrong with Tim Hortons breakfast sandwiches. They are delicious and flavorful. I also really enjoy that it tastes like you are eating a real egg. A lot of places taste like you are eating cardboard. The sausage and bacon are really tasty too. The biscuit is my favorite part!

best hangover breakfast- or when on the run! I love the bacon breakfast sandwich on an english muffin. It is filling, but you dont feel sick after eating it!
