This is a very pleasant mouthwash. It does not have any alcohol in it, and it will not burn at all. The only concern is it does not feel like it's cleaning AS WELL as one with alcohol. However, this will remove bad breathe quite well in the morning and it's a very pleasant experience.

The only change I would want is to make it a little stronger. I really like Tom's products.
