Got this as a gift from a friend who was visiting Korea ! It's in the crystal, so it's essentially just clear. It layer it on top my black eyeliner and it adds a little glitter into my eyes !! The only con I can think of is that the product is a little too watery, so it's hard to keep the glitter in place when you're applying it
