Not super impressed

This foundation is okay. It's medium coverage and pretty easy to apply (I normally use a wetted sponge). However, I found that it makes my skin look dry and unhealthy - which is surprising since I would classify my skin as oily. Since it was one of the first foundations I bought, I've used it for a while, but I think it's time to move on. if you have very oily skin, it might work better.

To thick

Colour was still just too dark for me, and on top of that it is incredibly drying and creases so easily. Wasn’t worth my time. A little to much for my liking it felt like a layer of paint on my face.

Would not buy this again

I don’t know if it’s just my skin type, but this foundation did not work for me! It looked so cakey on my skin, and didn’t sit nicely with my pores. I’ve always heard such good things about this foundation and was so excited to try it but it just looked awful on my skin. I’ve tried it with primer, with setting powder, by itself, with moisturizer. I’ve applied with a brush, and with a sponge, and nothing is working for me.

Good but expensive!

Like most of the Too Faced Born the Way line, the foundation is also pretty good. Not cakey, blends well. My only problem is the price. So expensive but I guess it does last a while. A little goes a long way.

Go to for day time or night out

I love this product for a buildable coverage during the day or for a night out. It leaves a nice dewy, natural finish and feels great on your skin. You can hide imperfections very easily and it looks fantastic without being cakey.

Great coverage

This was my first Sephora foundation purchase. The staff recommended this for my skin type ( oily, breakout). I wear it when I go out. I would definitely not wear it on a day to day basis as it does make my face feel cakey and also makes me breakout. I do like the coverage on it. It hides my acne scars really good.

Shocked! Best foundation ever.

I have combination skin and this foundation saved my life. The Born This Way Foundation makes my skin look softer and healthier and at the same time it hydrates my skin. Love this product!

my go-to foundation

i’ve tried a few foundations, from drug store brands to higher end ones, but i’ve always gone back to too faced born this way foundation. it has a wide shade selection which makes color-matching a breeze. i could always find my perfect summer and winter shades. it stays put the whole day and does not oxidize.

Great product and beautiful finish

After looking for many foundations I finally found too faced born this way it’s my absolute favourite it leaves my face feeling fresh not cakey everyone Always complement me on my skin as it has a natural matte finish. This product is full coverage but doesnt feel heavy at all. Love it and will continue to buy it

i have bought this foundation last month. i just loved it. very nice coverage and stay all day. this is my favourite foundation now. i have natural beige shade.
