I always try to buy a new flavour of Traditional Medicinals when they go on sale. This week I tried Easy Now in an attempt to get over this Asia/Canada jet lag. I made the mistake of drinking this not exactly right before bed - and I was just about ready for sleep once I was finished my cup. With flavours of chamomile, lavender, and passionfruit herb, it tastes just like a cup of sleepy time tea. I will definitely purchase again
