I love Tresemme conditioners, especially this one for my damaged hair. I regularly colour my hair, and use a flat iron, so this product leaves my hair soft, and easy to comb through.

I have long thick hair that is prone to breaking and split ends
After using the shampoo and conditioner I found that I had no improvement with breakage or split ends
It actually made my hair worse than it was before the use

I found this conditioner (used with matching shampoo) to leave a sticky film on my hair. I have found this to be similar with other drugstore brands that claim anti-breakage or split ends menders. In the end I think this did more damage to my hair. While I have really been impressed with some Tresemme products, this duo was not for me.

Not as good used by itself. Definitely have to use the shampoo and conditioner together because the conditioner isn't as rich and moisturizing as the shampoo.

Got this on clearance at SDM. It was okay but makes my hair feel heavy and greasy again the next day. May be more suitable with people who has dryer or more brittle hair instead. Most likely wouldn't buy it again for myself.

I had this bottle, along with the shampoo, as travel sizes. I really like them! The conditioner did not weigh my hair down (my hair is fine and limp by the second day usually). I found I did not have to use much, which I appreciated. Whether it helps with breakage, I won't know until I have a full sized bottle and use more regularly than just travelling.

I wear my hair up in a pony tail most of the summer because of the convertible. When I wash and condition my hair, strands would fall out because of the breakage. I tried this to see if it would help at all. I didn't see results for a while, but eventually the strands stopped coming out. My hair is now break free, stronger and fuller than ever.

I have this product in my shower right now. I love it, it's affordable and leaves my hair soft and healthy . It really does help with breakage.Will be buying it again.

I really liked TRESemme Anti-Breakage Defense Conditioner. I bought this as I thought there was no harm in using a conditioner that might help my hair to not break and split as my hair is coloured regularly. It leaves my hair feeling full, shiny and healthy looking. It was not as thick as I thought it would be and so it mixed with my hair with ease. It has a gentle aroma that doesn't stand out and comes in different formulas for different issues. I really like it and pair it with TRESemme shampoo for soft and luscious looking hair.
