I used the entire bottle, because I hate to waste. I can't say I noticed any difference; with repeated shampoos, colour does tend to fade, so I use John Freida's Go Blonder most of the time.

I tried this product believing that it works based on reviews I read. I was very disapointed made my hair flat no body couldn't hold any products in my hair. I will go back to using l'occitane condition cost a lot more but it leaves my hair with body and shine.

I didn't notice a difference after one use. I think you would have to use this several times to see if it actually works or not. I received a sample in the mail and like I said, once use was not enough to tell if it works for what it says.
