The diet pill DID make me loose weight but I had a poor and frightening reaction to it. I had no sugar or anything. Just a regular meal. I took the pill a few minutes before taking it and an hour later my hands were shaking, my heart was going a million miles an hour and I felt pressure in my head and started to get a headache. I stopped taking the product because of the reaction to it because it gave me a feeling of almost being high
