I cannot speak 100% on price for these little flavored water crystals because I was given a handful from my coworker. They do have great grapefruit flavor. One package for a water bottle seems to work best for me.
It's a nice way to add a little bit of citrus without the calories. It has a more 'real" fruit taste then mio.
