I love Ube Cakes! A tiny cake that fits in your hand and it's purple too. I love the texture.. a nice soft and sweet sponge cake. So so light and airy with every bite, I got hooked when my friends were bring them to work. I kept asking for more. If you haven't tried them I suggest you do, you wont be sorry.
