Average colors

I bought this palette thinking it would be a perfect everyday palette. Well, I am warm toned and this palette is rather cool toned - at least for me. I cannot use the brown (Faint) without warming it up with other browns from other palettes. The first 3 shades from the left (Venus, Foxy, and W.O.S) are too many light shades for me - and I am not even dark-skinned (I am a medium warm shade). I wish there were darker and warmer shades in the palette. The formula is not bad. I actually like the formula, but the tones don't let me use the palette all by itself.

i dont use much make up but this palette i do enjoy using when i do! the colors are very simple which i like! its a bit pricey but i dont mind at times.

I purchased this palette a year ago while on the hunt for a nice matte palette that I could use for days when I wanted very natural makeup. I intended to use this palette on most school days so that I would look put together but still fresh and natural. This palette did not live up to my expectations for it. The colours are all very similar and although I am very fair-skinned, I had trouble getting the lighter shades to show up on me at all. On top of this, I found the colours difficult to blend and muddy-looking. Overall I will not be repurchasing because I know that I will never finish this palette as it's a struggle to convince myself to ever use it.

The colours are perfect for an everyday basic eyeshadow palette, but they're too sheer. You have to pack the product on in order for anything to show. I would repurchase IF they make it more pigmented because I really do love the convenience of a "basic" palette.

I don't understand the hoopla over Urban Decay Eyeshadows. The fallout is the worst I have ever experienced with any shadow at much lower price points, even with Urbans Decay Primer Potion. This palette in particular has no colors that strike me as being something I couldn't find elsewhere, with better quality.

This palette is good for people who dont go for really dramatic looks because some of the colors are so sheer they dont show up that well when applied. Other than that the palette is awesome, thhe product is very pigmented just doesnt really show up that well.
