Not worth the price
I was looking for a lip balm to help with my very dry lips. When the salesperson at the drugstore suggested this Vichy product I thought it was a little pricey, but decided to give it a try. It really was disappointing. It did absolutely nothing for my lips, and is very greasy. it doesn't stay long. Is pretty pricey about $16 if I recall...not Worth it at all.
The Vichy Replumping Lip Balm is just ok. I think the smell is what turned me off. It almost smells like having soap or perfume on your lips, just too fragrant. I use lip balms many times a day, and would use this one for sure, if it didn't have the strong fragrance. It feels good, and makes your lips soft, so it's disappointing that I can't use it.
I tried the Vichy Ideal Body replumping Balm and to be honest, I didn't really notice a difference. My lips are already full, and I didn't enjoy the smell of the product. It felt more like a cream or lotion I would use on my skin. I guess the texture of the product threw me off as well as the smell. I love lip balms and have been using them my whole life. I didn't notice a difference with this product.
I tried the Vichy Ideal Body replumping Balm and to be honest, I didn't really notice a difference. My lips are already full, and I didn't enjoy the smell of the product. It felt more like a cream or lotion I would use on my skin. They did moisturize my lips, but I noticed a weird film or flakiness after a while. i liked how it made my lips feel going on but then i found it wore off to quickly.I had to keep reapplying it. and that could get expensive especially since I think it cost too much in the first place.
I really like Vichy products, however was not impressed with this lip balm. I have used many other ones that are much better. Would not recommend based on my experience.
Didn't notice any replumping properties (feeling or look). I actually don't really like this type of packaging either, find it messy. Nothing really made me want to use this product.
I have really thin dry lips so i was ecstatic when i got the chance to try this but it didnt work out. it smells nice but i found it was really thick and didn't absorb into my lips but just set on top of my lips and smear off. I did try this as my night time treatment also but it still just didnt work :(
I tried this free lip product for a few weeks now. I am particular about my lip products. Was excited to see it was plumping but didn't really see much result. I'm all about scent and this didn't smell nice like I expected. I wouldn't purchase. Was nice to sample though.
I received the Vichy Ideal Body Replumping lip balm from Chick Advisor to try for free. I loved the smell of it and the way it was almost immediately absorbed into my lips so it was completely non-greasy. The problem was it didn't plump up my lips or even moisturize for very long (less than 15mins). I will stick with my current lip balm brand.
I didn't find that this product did anything. It didn't make my lips feel or look any different. It didn't even keep them moisturized. It is not a product I would repurchase myself.
