This product is great for oily skin, until about 2 hours after you've washed your face. Didn't really do much for pimples either. I've used way cheaper more effective acne face washes. Definitely not worth the money.

This product is extremely ineffective and causes more breakouts on my skin. My acne was at its worst while using this product. After washing your face with this cleanser your face is extremely tight and you must apply moisturizer or else your face becomes extremely irritated. This product has a large price tag but does not do half of what it says it will. I strongly do not recommend this product.

i got a small sample of this to try out, after seeing it made the 2016 list on here, it left my skin feel very dry and flaky looking, along with feeling very tight, and not in the good way, not for me

I don't have acne so it is hard to say if it worked on clearing up skin. I have a couple sun spots on my face and was hoping this would help to reduce the visibility of them, so far it hasn't worked. This product is also very expensive.

I received this product for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. This deep cleanser smells good and feels all natural. It does not, however, clean my face properly. I have to wash my face twice. I will not buy this product nor do I recommend it.

Not a bad product but nothing special. Definitely important to use facial cleanser every night but am pretty sure this item can be swapped with another cleanser as this is a very basic face soap. I enjoyed that it did lather up and it smelled very pleasant but otherwise nothing special. Loved the routine but this item can definitely be swapped easily with other cleansers.

Not the best cleansing gel I've tried and I felt that it doesn't clean very well as my skin still feels oily afterwards. The price is expensive as well, so I would rather use St Ives instead for the effectiveness and also the cheaper price.

i was really allergic to it almost instantly but my skin is super sensitive and i think it may work for others just not me i wouldnt buy this again but vichy is a good product

Very nice smelling and didn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight. Foamed nicely for easy coverage. However, my acne was almost instantly worse and i had red scaly patches all over my face and eyelids by day 7. I did like the oil control of the system though.

I received the Vichy Normaderm Deep Cleansing Purifying Gel free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I got this as part of the sensitive skin package. My skin is fairly sensitive, and thought this could be a good product to try and deal with some of my blemishes.
The first thing I noticed was the intense perfume smell. Almost all other items I have ever used for sensitive skin either have little to no smell or a very organic/natural smell. For someone who is sensitive to perfumes this already put me off, but I still tried it. I actually tried the whole package for two weeks and my skin reacted - I broke out terribly. Unfortunately I had to stop using the gel. The product itself did leave my face feeling clean, so for other people I am sure this is a great product.
