She speaks of her father and his death. She grows as an actress and the challenges she experiences from the '80's to the present. There is the upsetting breakup from Jack Nicholson after 17 years. As well as the personal triumphs of being married, directing films, acting, and the tragedies of losing friends and family in the recent years. This a great read about a fascinating person who has seen and known many Hollywood legends in her lifetime.
