    It’s making a difference

Bought this at my dentist’s urging. He claimed that this would make a difference and better than flossing

What a wonderful difference it made. I use it at least 2 times a day and getting great results when I go to my dentist

Most important is that my gums are healthier now

I don't what I was expecting when I bought this but I didn't get it. The water gushes out in little squirts which is sore on the gums. I'm almost scared waiting for the next gush because its so intense

Here are my pros and cons in case you don't want to read my full review:

    Pros:
    -Cleans teeth very well
-Perfect amount of time before water runs out
    -Portable (I guess?)

    Cons:
-Not rechargeable (Need to replace the battery every 2 weeks)

    The review:
Oral hygiene is very important to me. After having several cavities fixed as a young teenager, I knew that I had to step up my game. This is why I ended up getting the water flosser. My Waterpik is the perfect water flosser for me because it's capable of cleaning your teeth while having just enough water capacity.

My oral hygiene routine at night is usually as follows:
    1. Brush my teeth
    2. Water Flosser
    3. Clean Tongue

I was doing this for about a week before I had a dental cleaning. When I asked if my oral hygiene was okay, the hygienist told me that my mouth was in pristine condition. My gums didn't bleed from her instruments, and there was little to no plague around my teeth. Although she told me that it isn't recommended to replace flossing with a Waterpik, there was no plague around my teeth or gums because of the Waterpik so it's safe to say (for me at least), that the Waterpik cleans your teeth very well. As well, the reservoir in the Waterpik is just enough for me. I usually have it on the low setting and get both the front and back ends of my teeth before the water runs out. Lastly, the Waterpik is also portable (because of its travelling pouch and plug), but I don't see why you would want to bring it on vacation, or when you're travelling. A small container of floss is much more portable than the Waterpik.

Although I like the Waterpik, a pretty big con I have about it is that it's not rechargeable. The Waterpik comes with 3 AA batteries, but it'll run out in less than 2 weeks. Unless you have rechargeable batteries, it could get pretty costly replacing the batteries every 2 weeks. I'm not sure why the Waterpik isn't rechargeable. Maybe it would make it less portable?

Overall, I really like my Waterpik. It's being used as my daily flosser.
