Total cook time was 4-5 minutes and it was ready to eat after cooling for another 1-2 minutes. As with all the WW meals I`ve tried so far this one didn`t disappoint in the flavour department and left me feeling satisfied, after I topped off my lunch with some fresh fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, & pineapple). It had a nice tang & spice level to it. I would have liked more than the 3 pieces of broccoli I found in it, the red pepper was pretty non-existant, & I felt a bit like I was eating a tree with the bamboo shoots. The meat to rice to veggie ratio overall was good and I loved how much sauce there was. It is not the best one I had but might try it again in the future.
