    I love cheese! Who doesn't?
    Parmesan is great on top of pasta and in a Caesar salad.
    This Parmesan worked great for the lasagna rolls I made at a dinner party.
    It melted nicely and made the perfect top layer.
    I prefer shaved Parmesan for salads.
