This workout program is great. I have a very busy schedule and it allows me to do my workout on a daily basis. You really feel as if you were followed by a personal trainer right in your living room! reviews I just started the 30-Day Challenge on the EA Sports Active in order to improve my general fitness. Although I haven't gotten very far yet I can already feel an improvement in my energy level and my sore muscles are testament to its effectiveness. The game offers low, medium and high impact with a wide-variety of exercises that help keep me interested!
