I've had many of the Windsor Pilates DVDs and they are wonderful. Good for anyone just starting out with pilates (or not) and give you a great workout. I also really like the instructor.
I got this set years ago and still love it. The set comes with three DVDs, a basic step-by-step program for beginners, I used it once to get myself used to the moves, a 20-minute workout, which I love, and an advanced workout, I believe this one is 50 minutes long. I love the 20 minute workout for before or after a run. It's shorter than watching a sitcom so if there's nothing on it can't hurt to pop in a pilates DVD. Mari's videos focus a lot on the abs, which is wonderful because as she says it really helps your posture. The side-kick series if done right can also really help tone your bum and thighs. Mari Winsor's gentle coaching is motivating enough for me to continue through the video.
