I use this daily for its nutritional and health benefits. It has helped tremendously in reducing my flare ups of fibromyalgia. It can also be used for topical application, example is I apply it to my littles eczema by putting it on a cotton ball and rubbing on the areas when they have flare ups and helps so much better then anything else I have tried and so much safer then putting all those chemicals in their skin.

I tried this fad years ago.. It was not a good flavor.. I hated it. It was almost like drinking rotten wine. I gave it to a friend who gave it to her dogs daily. It worked for the dogs but not for me.
