Ok so this product is good, I lost almost 10 pounds in a week. I bought the fruit punch, and it actually taste like fruit punch! There is a nasty after taste but that customary. The only downside of this product is it makes you have to go to the bathroom ALOT! And I don't mean a little more than you usually do; I actually had to go to my doctor because I thought it was a more serious issue!! Once I stopped the drinks everything went back to normal :) BUT I did gain about 5 pounds back. So I personally think this product works well, for a fast easy way to loose weight, but the side effects make this product horrible!
