When it comes to function this makeup pallette absolutely does the job. The included tool, however, I recommend to stay as far away from as possible. Using it in conjunction with the pallette will cause it to scratch and make a terrible 'nails on chalkboard' sound that it's really best to avoid. If you use the tool, eventually your lovely new pallette will be covered in horrible ugly gouges.

The pallette with a brush or other tool is great for mixing and I love that the design is an artist's style pallette. It's very easy to clean and use. the only improvement I could suggest is change the color of the protective ring as it currently looks cheap and brings down an otherwise nice product.

The price is reasonable, even considering the uselessness of the tool, so I'd definitely recommend it.
