Carol Franck Facial - Montreal

This is a nice place to go when you need to relax. My only concern is that the place opened last November, so it's all new to the staff there. They make a lot of small mistakes. I commented on a pedicure I had that was not really was I was expected. They removed it from the list of treatments available after my complaint.

One more thing, don't be afraid to ask for silence when you go. Some people don't seem to get it, you're all going there to RELAX and not to listen to all the conversation...leave that for dinner after!!!!
