I absolutely love this product! The Gummies are good for adults like me who have a hard time swallowing pills, and they taste great too. I love having my Adult Gummy vitamins at the same time as my little girl has her kid ones!!

If you struggle to get your EFAs then this product is for you! As previously mentioned fatty acids are essential part of heart health, vascular strength, decreasing inflammation and increasing brain function. It's a great supplement to a healthy food plan!
