H.I.P cream eyeliner is actually very good..
I had some friends try it and they had no complaints it doesnt rubb of easy and doesn't smear
it lasts long and comes in various colors i recomend...

This is an amaing eyeliner! its so black and goes on VERY well! i got it at wal-mart for $7 and tht came with two!! i'm very very very in luv with this product!!

Rich, intense black, comparable to charcoal. A very creamy consistency delivers lovely results. Long-lasting and easily blend-able. Definitely a worthy investment.

First off, I have oily lids, and so far the only thing that remotely works well is MUFE.
That said, I got this in a bonus pack with the Stiletto Mascara from Walmart.
