i loveee this eyeliner...ive used other ones such as the popular maybelline liner and it always smudges...but this one doesnt...its good for the price and it comes off easily wen u just wipe ur eyes...

I am never disappointed when i buy avon products, and this eyeliner was no exception. It is a very good price for a quaility product. goes on very smooth, and stays all day.
