If you're in Kanata or work near Kanata, consider this health club. I've made the switch from Goodlife to The Brookstreet Hotel gym & don't regret it.

I've been there a couple of times. The club is clean, it has a great selection of equipment, and I never have to weight for the machines I want to use.

The facility is not great, but features a regulation-size swimming pool and a weight room. You can purchase punch cards in 10, 20, 30 quantities or go for a 3 month pass for $95 (single visits also...
