I had a good experience with 416 Florist for my Mother's Day order. The flowers were beautiful and on time. I'm jealous of their creativity. I wish I could make such a beautiful arrangement! That is why they are the best. I will definitely order with them in the future. You hear of some pretty bad florists around the GTA, so I'm glad I found one that I can trust!

416 florist was perfect florist for me. I was able to find the flowers I was looking for, quickly and in an affordable price. First of all the website and the whole company is user-friendly. I found the category sorting of the flowers really helpful and the fact that I liked the most was the occasion categorization.

I chose 416-florist to buy flowers for my girlfriend's birthday and I'll surely be coming back for more. The customer support was right there when I needed. There is always a staff member on the other end of the line to assist you instead of an automated machine. The delivery time was ok and one other plus for this company is the pricing. I found some great flower offers that were really affordable.
I would recommend 416-florist to anyone who wants to find great quality flowers in an affordable price and receive them fast. What more can one ask really?

I love how this site is set up. Simple and easy to understand. Every time i use 416 Florist I am pleased with their service and arrangements. i have used them multiple times from a funeral, wedding, mothers day gift, and even 'just because' to make my boyfriend jealous by randomly sending myself flowers from a secret admirer. Well, that's what happens when you forget my birthday. Haha! Anyways, I love their prices and that's half of what keeps me coming back. If I was to rate them on a scale from 1-10 I'd easily give them a 12. Because! They went above and beyond with their customer service and their flowers always, and I mean ALWAYS arrive beautifully arranged and better than expected! They work with you through out the entire process so you don't wonder. If you ever have a question you just call, or can get online and chat with them via live chat or I think they call it " Quick Assist". I say A for 416-Florist. I will be using them again soon as I have a baby niece arriving this summer!

The best thing about 416-florist is that when you call an actual person answers the phone. It's not auto-mated which I love. The girl was lovely and I was on hold once or twice when I had questions she didn't know how to answer. I was ordering flowers for my office to give out on Mother's day so I was ordering about 100 gerbrea daises.

Delivery costs $12.99 and I got each daisy for 2 dollars, which was a mark down since I was buying so many. I have a feeling though you can talk them down, she was very agreeable. I am sure in this business they know you can easily hang up, and try somewhere else.

Since it was for mother's day, I had them delivered on Saturday instead, they came during business hours and they were the only place I called that didn't require me to pay credit. She agreed to take cash when the delivery came. GREAT!

I didn't get to see them on Sunday, I was off but I was told they looked great!

I requested they be delivered in a bucket of water since I know no one here would do it, and they had no problem filling my request.

Definitely give these guys a chance next time you order flowers.
