I have never had a bad experience yet going into the Apple Store, every time I enter I feel as though I am the only person in there as the staff are quick to assist if I need any help. It can be a bit overwhelming to walk in there as there is always alot of staff just waiting but they are very nice and I find that for someone that doesn't know alot about computers etc.. that the information provided is always appreciated!
Going in to the Apple store for a question I had was my last resort. I tried ALL DAY to fix the problem myself but I had exhausted every idea I had.
So in to the Apple store I went.
Just as I expected I was greeted right away and she pointed me to the Genius Bar where I had to make an appointment. Obviously. This place is always packed.
So I made the appointment, went and did something else for 90 minutes, and was happy with the "update" texts they sent - when they were almost ready (15-20 minutes away) and when they were ready to see me.
I know the problem I was having absolutely boggled the poor girl's mind - she'd never seen it before - and my only option was to do a factory reset (something I was trying to avoid). Nevertheless, she was pleasant and also exhausted a few other options before letting me know my only option was the one I didn't want.
I thank this woman very much for her patience. I had a nice experience at the Apple store, despite being so wary about going in the first place. I would definitely go back if I had any mind-boggling issues with my Apple products.
