Aradia Fitness - Toronto

I went to Aradia Fitness last night at their downtown location and I absolutely loved it!
I went as part of a party for my friend, and it was such a fun time.
The teacher was helpful and really funny and all of us really had a great time.
I'm definitely planning on going back and taking more lessons!

I love this workout- I have been going for a month or so and I am already level 2!! yay for me! I know 5 moves already. The fitness instructors are very very professional and they make you feel completely comfortable. Shannon is great!
you also feel very sexxy with the moves.
I will be working out here for a long long time!

I take classes at the Uptown Toronto location at Allen Rd and Eglinton. The classes are just crazy fun and what a workout! I feel super buff after taking these classes. It takes a lot to keep me interested and these classes keep me coming back each week. Its such a change of pace from working at a desk all day. I look forward to my class each week.

I absolutely love it. It is the best work out in the world............The instructors are, fun, creative and really make you feel comfortable about doing sexy things around the pole and really know how to boost your self esteem.

The classes are great and you meet a lot of wonderful ladies with whom you quickly become friends

I LOVE ARADIA

My husband always told me to 'think about the pole' when I was feeling down. It always put a smile on my face, although I was not sure what he meant by his comment. I found an expired postcard about a Pole Dance Competiion that had just occured. The card introduced Sensitille into our lives and Aradia Fitness. I signed up for a 6 week course and fell in love!!!! I love my body becuase this "pole dancin' granny' is more fit and muscular that lots of 20 somethings. Yeah Aradia for being there when I was looking! Thanks Tracy and Christine.

I love the class structure. Slow and sexy and you get a workout. Simply it feels very feminine and natural for a woman to workout like this.

It was upon my mother's recommendation that we take a pole dance class with Aradia well over a year ago now. My first reaction was "Dude, there is NO way I am pole dancing with my mother!" She persisted, so I went, simply to appease her. We arrived for our teaser class to be greeted by warm and friendly instructors and a very comfortable studio. I was incredibly out of shape from carrying around a lot of post pregnancy weight and wasn't entirely sure I'd make it through the class. We took the floor work VERY slow and I could definitely feel it! With a lot of encouragement from our instructor Carmelle, I felt very at ease and comfortable in my own skin (for the first time in a long time).

Once my turn came to have a swing on the pole, I was apprehensive, but so excited! There is something so liberating about being able to defy gravity with your own body's strength! It's the closest you can come to flying without actually sprouting wings. I was hooked! I immediately signed up for classes, have been moving up through my levels, and now have a pole in my living room (which I refuse to take down)! My baby weight just fell off! I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my life and I'm having a blast keeping it that way! No more treadmills! I think it's highly unnatural for us pay to monotonously run as though we're hamsters on a wheel. Be expressive, love your body and DANCE!

After seeing pole dancing on Oprah, I just had to try it! A google search later and I had a class booked with Aradia Fitness in Burlington, using their online registration. I was willing to drive 2 hrs to my nearest location, just to try it.

I was thrilled to be greeted by Carmelle, and realized that she didn't fit the intimidating pole dancer I had created in my mind. I went for a Teaser class.. and TEASE it was! We did floor work and pole work. It was amazing to learn a sexy floor routine that tricked me into thinking I wasn't working out. I was then called by name up to the pole... This is where I learned to fly... It was finally my turn to gain confidence, feel sexy, and prove to myself that I could do it.. I grabbed the brass between my hands and never looked back!

I have since ordered my very own Aradia brass pole.. and the 3 DVD's they offer... I have ever other pole dancing DVD out there (Sheila Kelly's S factor, Pole Lot of Fun, Fawnia's, Pole Addiction, and others..) Aradia Fitness DVD's are the best I've ever seen. Tracy and Christine walk you through move by move in a way that allows you to progress naturally. The set is wonderful, and the quality is better than the rest. If you can't make it to a class yourself, get the DVD's, you'll learn the same moves plus more!

I encourage anyone to go to any Aradia location... If you're shy take a friend, but trust me... You'll never look back.

When I went to my first Aradia class a year ago I had no idea what to expect. I was actually pretty nervous but as soon as I walked into the door any hesitation I had disappeared. The instructors were there to greet everyone who walked in the door. The classes are fun and the structure is amazing! Im always learning something new!! The instructors are professional and I really like the fact that they are all certified. Im amazed at the changes in my body and Im stronger than I ever thought possible! If you havent tried it yet.....just do it!!!

I was introduced to Aradia nearly a year ago and instantly fell in love! Not only does the entire program give you a fabulous work out but I found my confidence and over all image about myself has changed. I have see such a transformation in my body...after two babies! One of the many things that sets Aradia above the others is the structure of the classes. You are taught the basics on a one on one instuction on how to walk, hold and spin properly without the fear of injury. As I have worked my way through the levels I find myself stonger and more comfortable with the pole spins and movements. The floor work helps build the upperbody strength needed for spins and my abs and butt have never looked better!! I highly recommend Aradia to anyone who wants to impove their strength, mind, body and soul. I encourage any sceptic to attend a class...you'll be as in love with it as I am!
