I suspect that the true cost of lost business is not realized by companies when a customer is treated rudely and never returns. I was a loyal customer of "At Raymond's Conestoga Mall for a couple of years. I received many compliments on my hair colour and style. It has been some time since I visited the salon due to other priorities. I called today to make an appointment and was told the stylist had left this location. I asked the young woman ( I believe owner's wife) if my colour requirements were still in the computer and she said no. I found this odd wanting to get another stylist to do this so I called back and asked to speak to the owner. I spoke with Raymond and he said yes the colour would be no problem so I proceeded to make an appointment. Raymond asked me why the stylist who had left had not contacted me? I said I was surprised by this also to which he replied "perhaps she did not like you and did not want you to come to her..." I was quite offended and when I told Raymond he seemed not to care. I will not return to this location. It is a sad day when one is treated so unkindly.
