I bought a chesterfield once at Bad Boy Furniture it was a little pricey but, I liked it so I bought it anyway as soon as I walked in the door there's a sales man that came over to me and asked me what I was looking for I told him and right away he showed me the chesterfield and was talking to me like I was getting a good deal but,I really wasn't they're there to sell that's part of their job
I was on the hunt for a new bedroom set and found one at Lastman Bad Boy which I fell in love with. It was quite pricey but decided I needed to spoil myself. The salesperson I had was average, pretending to give me a deal that wasn't. They were currently running a promotion for a free cruise with a minimum purchase which I didn't want so I tried to exchange it for some money off. He wouldn't budge on the price but of course introduced me to his manager which gave me $200 off but the set was worth $3500 so not a huge savings. We had arranged that they would deliver the set to me and I would the rest of the invoice on delivery. That's when the disaster started. The delivery men showed up and unpacked some of the furniture on my front porch and carried up the stairs while some was still left in boxes. They left the garbage strew across my front porch and lawn with no exlpination that they would be doing that. There was no offer to put together and set up the furniture which was stated on the invoice. I noticed that there was a peice missing, so I informed the delivery man and he said no his problem, it wasn't on the shipping order. He suggested I call the store and get it straightened out. I immediately called the store and was told that the peice should've been on the shipping order and they didn't know what happened. I was told they would look into it and give me a call back that day. I waited 2 days and finally called back. The girl I got this time informed me that the peice wasn't marked on my bill so that's why it wasn't on the shipping form, she said that she could order it and I could come by the store and pick it up within the week. I don't own a vehicle that is capable of doing that so at that point I asked to speak to a manager. I was informed he was out of the office and a message would be left for him. I attempted calling him 3 more times before he finally returned my messages (over a week timespan). I informed him I was not pleased with the situation and wanted something to be done about it. He said he would contact his boss and get back to me. I received a call that my missing piece was getting delivered the next day but when I explained I was waiting on call from the manger I was again told he was out of the office. My missing peice arrived, the delivery men this time removed the trash. I thanked them very much and they laughed and said that they were the "cleanup"crew. Sent out to make the customer happy. I tried calling the manager several times after that with no response. I called the customer service # and left messages, again without a response. I e-mailed the customer service again with no response.
I want to warn any potential shoppers that this is a horrible company to boy from! They will not stand behind their products. They have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way. When I was having all this trouble I googled badboy reviews and it was staggering the stories I found that had I known, I would have never shopped there to begin with.
They pull you in with "deals" but leave you out in the cold after that.
