My Review Of Bayview Auto Sales:

While shopping for our new trailer. We considered Bayview Auto, reason being was their prices listed online. We filled out their online credit application and then we phoned to be sure all was in order. We spoke to a Mr Joe Purdy and were informed we were excepted for financing and to come by and see the trailer we had called about. So off we went~ Upon getting to dealership We walked around a bit before a salesman (Brad White) walked up to us and gave us "the sales pitch".He informed us that he had no 25 foot trailers at the moment nor at the price we quoted him (Reason being is cause they raised the price that day by $1000) but he said they should have some in soon We informed him that we had already talked to Joe Purdy at which point he had no more time for us. We were directed back to the office to meet with Joe Purdy, who turned out to not be at work that day nor even a salesman. Ok, so home we went to wait. While waiting we went back online and found another larger trailer we liked as well and were willing to even buy that one if they had it in stock.

Ok so finally we get a hold of Mr Joe Purdy and once again he informs us that both trailers would be in the following weekend if we wanted to see them. Once again off we go. When we get there, only one of the trailers is there to look at. No one would even show us the $ 20 000 trailer or how it looks with the tip out extended. What we did get was Mr Joe Purdy telling us he was going to formula 1 In Montreal and we had to decide to buy by 7 pm or wait till the following Tuesday when he returned. Not wanting to rush into things we decided to wait till he got back. After waiting till Tuesday night, we had come up with a few more questions like: interest rates,warranty,buying an extended warranty,ect. Usual things one worries about when spending $20 000. Once again Mr Joe Purdy was abrupt with us and we were told he had to have an answer at that moment because another couple was waiting. Talk about being pressured!

Now for the best part.

Once again they raised the price by another $1000.

So within 2 weeks of my wife and I first looking at their website till the time we went to buy they had raised the price on all trailers by $2000
Buy if you like but beware of price.

One would think with the money they make they would at least not waist our time!

Go somewhere else, anywhere else.but not Bayview Auto to buy your cars or trailer
