I ordered flowers from Bloomex for my mom's 70th birthday. They charged $14.99 for delivery between noon and 5:00pm on March 17th. The flowers had not arrived by 5:30pm. I tried contacting the company and was only able to exchange messages online as there is no telephone number to speak with a live person. I requested the order be cancelled as my mom had left for the evening to go for dinner. Olivia, the representative I communicated with told me I would receive an email. After checking my email throughout the night I contacted Bloomex again. This time I communicated with Kelly who advised me that there had been a problem and, again, someone would email me. Again, I requested the order be cancelled.
This morning, March 20th, my mom received a call from Leslie of the Winnipeg Bloomex store. She told my mom that she never made the arrangement on Friday, March 17th because she only had old flowers in her store. I called Leslie and she told me the exact same thing and asked if I wanted flowers to be delivered. I told her there was no point in delivering flowers given that my mom's birthday was 2 days ago and requested the charges be reversed.
I received an email from Bloomex advising that a refund was not possible since the order had already been prepared. Bloomex never acknowledged that the order was cancelled and a request for refund was made before the Winnipeg store ever made the arrangement or that the Winnipeg florist admitted that she didn't even prepare the arrangement on Friday, the day it was supposed to be delivered.
Bloomex has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER encountered. If you are depending on a timely delivery I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. I'm actually wondering whether this is even a legitimate business or a scam. BEWARE!!!!!
My spouse called in and ordered a bouquet of pink and white flowers.
What I received was a mix of cheap fall coloured orange, purple, cheap flowers.
I called to complain, yes complain, why else to you ever call a customer service line. I wanted to get a replacement so I asked for a call back. The supervisor who called me back kept talking over me, I couldn't get a word in to explain, I kept trying to cut in and explain and finally in exasperation said "you are not very good at this" she told me I was rude and hung up.
I called back, while trying again to explain my situation the line dropped, so I called back and was told I had hung up, they talked over me again and I couldn't get it through to them that I did not hang up, but she said since I had hung up on her she was now hanging up on me. Sitting there kind of in shock my phone rings, it was them calling to tell me they were hanging up on me again!!
I am just hoping we can cancel the credit card charge.
Bloomed was awesome with ordering, creating the bouquet, and delivery to my niece's workplace. Very efficient service. My niece was very surprised and the bouquet madebit from Wpg to Portage la prairie looking fine! Great job Bloomex :-)
I called and places an order for same day delivery for my sister's birthday. it was a very smooth and easy transaction. they asked when would be the best time to deliver. great customer service! and the flowers were beautiful, my sister loved them. I highly recommend!!
Whether you are sending prearranged or as I like to say... Surprise Me, work you magic arrangement...They are truly impeccable and come with very high recommendations. If its a special day or a "Just Because", your expectations will be blown away. Keep up the very personable costumer service and striving to make each experience a unique one. Thank you again
I ordered flowers for my sister and mother from Bloomex. It was a quick process online and they received their blooms in perfect condition. Recommended!
