BodyPump classes at Good Life Fitness are awsome. If you are a member at the gym definatly give it a try. You will not regret. It's using free weights to tone up your entire body. The instructors are very energetic and motivational. The workouts are usually one hour long, but this hour passes by so quickly. I will never go back to the boring treadmill workouts!
