I have been to the Queensway, Etobicoke location for both dine in and pick up. The food is always consistent and great service, though the place is never busy.

I have given Boston Pizza a chance about 5 times. I have also been to different locations each time. The food and the service are terrible. The food is always stale, flavourless and cold. The service is slow and the servers are not warm or welcoming at all. they seem like they hate their jobs. The prices are pretty comparable to any other American casual chain restaurant. I will never be back there.

Boston Pizza has a great menu variety but is a bit pricey compared to other places. Service has always been great. Pastas are delicious.

Boston Pizza has decent enough food, but for the quality and taste of it, it's a little bit expensive. There are other places I'd rather go with better food for less money. I'd never pick this restaurant to go to, but if friends wanted to go I wouldn't put up a fight. They just don't "wow" me though.

Boston Pizza the is ok there pulled pork sandwich is very good but the price is expensive especially their plate of is to small for the price they closed one down near my area their just was not wow factor.

The kids love coming to Boston Pizza, especially when they get to eat Bugs and Cheese. The food tends to be quite salty. I wish they would bring back the summer salad they had last year - the one with the goat cheese and strawberries *hint* it was fabulous.
