My original review is from 2009. Here is the latest news: the food and service have both gone downhill.

The last two times I went here to eat the place was seriously understaffed. 15 minutes to have someone notice I am there and give me a menu. Another 10 minutes to even be offered a beverage. 40 minutes to wait for some brunch. Forget being offered a refill on your drink; you will need to wave your arms and flag someone down (if you can find them) lest you die of thirst. I understand that when you include the heated indoor patio that this is a huge space but it wasn't my idea to renovate, expand and then only put one or two servers on the floor so why should I go there and waste 2-3 hours for a simple breakfast or lunch?

On my final visit to this place the waitress kept making errors. She mixed up several things in our order because she didn't write any of it down. She had to keep running back into the kitchen to ask questions because she didn't know the menu or the specials. The food that we finally received was not even that great. Nowhere near the standards I expected from many years of dining at this establishment. I was very dissapointed.
