My husband and I ate here for our 10 year anniversary and will NEVER EVER go back. They seat us in a table towards the back and as we are sitting there my husband notices his back and butt our wet? Then water starts dripping down from the ceiling. We quickly get up and notify a server, and after standing there for 10 minutes they get us another table, and say don't worry about the water it was only dishwater from upstairs...Can you say disgusting? Meanwhile my husbands shirt and pants are wet.
So.....we order and they bring me my steak, which is sooo tough I can't cut it, never mind eat it. The waitress comes and asks how everything is, and I explain about the steak...and she asks me if I have ever eaten steak before? because that is how it always is? I explain that we eat regularly at THE KEG and I know how steak is supposed to taste and be cooked. She takes the steak away, never even offers another one? Appetizers never showed up at all. They remove the steak from the bill, and the none existant appetizers, and comp one of my drinks...made my husband pay for his meal....No apology for the wet clothes, no manager even approached us to say sorry.
Definately not impressive. Only good thing was music playing. :(

I agree with chococrazy. Canyon Creek is fabulous. I used to work close to their location across from Sherway Gardens and went there all the time for lunch with my coworkers. Every dish is delicious and they have a very nice wine selection. This is so much better than all the other chains out there. My favorite dishes are the cedar plan salmon and their salad with raspberry vinagrette with chicken on top. We also love the Ironstone wine.

If you've never been to Canyon Creek Chophouse, you need to try it! After I visited this restaurant a few years ago, I have only been to the Keg once. I have never had anything from their menu that I didn't like; the service is really good, and I -love- their caesar salad! Everything is worth it about this place. My price is including taxes, tips and one drink.
