I broke the little rubber part on the heel of my favorite high heels! I took them to this little place located in the Yonge-Eglington Centre (right by the LCBO) and it was fixed in half an hour. (What a relief!)
The Owner is pictured on the website and he's so nice! Sweet older gentlemen who also explained that I needed better traction on the bottom of my shoes, but I opted out for that. I just needed the little nub replaced. He replaced both, took a deposit of $10 and I picked them up in half an hour all ready to wear.

I paid 12.99 altogether and I am happy with the result.

The site doesn't look like much but once you see the place you know it's a genuine shoe repair shop, you can see tons of shoes and bags waiting for their facelifts. They cut keys and repair any leather good.

Give it a shot if your loved shoes need some care.
