The store sells only new or gently used clothing items (all ages), footwear, accessories, jewellery, linens, house wares, toys, art & crafts, stationary, personal care, sporting goods, tools, dvd's and books. Displays are coordinated with different themes through out the year.

All funds raised by the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital Auxiliary through Chances Are, the Gift Shop, the Uxbridge Marathon, Valentine's Glow in the Dark Bingo Bowl, and the Wine & Cheese Tasting Art Auction , are donated to the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital Foundation for purchasing

Donated items are sorted into "Clean ~ Working ~ Sellable" items, scrap metal, recycling, and waste. Sellable items are priced and displayed for sale. / upgrading diagnostic equipment.
