I joined this Curves location when it first opened 3 years ago. The staff are incredible... every day. I was so nervous going in but they put you at ease right away. They are kind, the remember you. I never feel ignored or alone. At other gyms they're nice to you until you sign on the dotted line, but not here! There was no high pressure to join, in fact, I got a free trial week just by asking for it! When I don't go to the gym for more than a few weeks (which happens from time to time) they call to find out if everything is ok, and to get you back on track. They really care about us!

I have never stuck to anything and I can't believe that when I don't go for a couple of days, I actually miss it! My favourite part is that when I walk in the door, they greet me by name, and when I leave, even the other members say goodbye!

If you're in Mississauga, THIS is the ONLY place you should be checking out for your fitness needs!

I love my Curves! You will too!!

I joined in April 2006 because I couldn't shake those last 15 pounds of baby weight. I love Curves and I don't think I'll join another gym for the rest of my life!

I've done it all - yoga, pilates, boxing and traditional gyms - but the Curves workout has given my consistent results. The circuit takes 30 minutes plus five more for stretching. I've not only lost weight but also inches and I've gained alot of energy and strength to keep up with my two year-old! Also, if you feel self conscious around the "beautiful people" who haunt some gyms, Curves doesn't have the scene. The staff and my fellow members are warm, supportive and welcoming. It's not a hip, singles scene if that's what you're looking for.

The cost to join is very reasonable and the local gyms are offering some great deals around the holidays and summer.
