I went to the Estee Lauder counter and had a wonderful experience with Matt and Christine. I had my foundation redone like I've never seen it done before and got a billion compliments. They explained each product that was being used on me and introduced me to a few as well. They gave me their undivided attention and made me feel like I was a star of my own show. What a great couple of customer service people. They were so down to earth and happy. You could tell they both genuinely loved their job. I did not spend a huge amount of money but they still treated me like their number one customer which is how every customer should be treated. WONDERFUL people at this place.
