reviews The Globe Bistro focuses on a seasonal and select menu, incorporating local and organic foods. The ambiance was lovely, I believe that they have just renovated or moved here. Nice for a romantic meal. It was fairly pricey for the amount of food that you get - especially their fish dish which my fiance had. I had the 8 oz sirloin steak, it was very good but it seemed to be way more than 8 oz! He ended up finishing it for me. The Globe seems to be a bit more about style than substance. However, our waiter was very knowledgeable and the food came quickly. The greeter/reservation girl seemed a little over the top with her friendliness though. I wouldn't go here all the time, but it's nice for a rare occasion. This price is based on 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and a bottle of wine.
