Love this gym!
It used to be a Mademoiselle, so, it has some perks that other Goodlife locations may not have (I think)
I love the staff there, they are always friendly, helpful and willing to help with any questions you have!
I love that it has a women's section. To me, that is so important for women to be able to feel safe and respected while they are working out. I know that is a huge problem for some.
It's a huge gym with tons of classes, a hot yoga studio, a huge pool, saunas in the change rooms, individual bathrooms in the change rooms for those who don't like to shower in front of other people. I just love it! my favourite :)
