I joined in May of this year from the local YMCA. The staff have been helpful in showing me most effective ways to achieve my personal fitness goals. Their personal trainers are so open and approachable and definitely are extremely knowledgable and passionate in their field! I have found my place at GoodLife! I can't wait to reach the next milestone in my life and become a personal trainer as well.
