The best workout I have ever done. It is extremely effective and can be modified to be made easier (if you are a beginner) or more challenging (for once you are into the program). The trainers are extremely motivating, as is the music, and you do not get bored, because we are doing something new every 45 seconds. No two workouts are alike!! Best part is, you get an effective full body workout and a good sweat in 45 minutes!
