If you live in Winnipeg, I recommend getting your hair cut and/or dyed by Stefanie at Hairplay Salon. She is an awesome stylist at a reasonable priced. Whenever I need to set up an appointment I make sure to do it a week in advance because she books up pretty quickly. This is one stylist that cares what her clients want and takes care of you.
